PocketFence provides AI-powered parental control software that helps parents monitor and protect their children's online activities across multiple devices and platforms.

4. Subscription and Payment

PocketFence provides tools to assist with parental control but cannot guarantee complete protection from all online threats. Parents remain responsible for their children's online safety and appropriate use of technology.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the service will cease
• Data may be deleted according to our retention policy
• Prepaid fees are generally non-refundable

12. Disclaimers

PocketFence is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PocketFence from any claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
